Dining Sage at Christina’s has recently relocated from Florida Road to its stunning new premises at The Westville Hotel. Run by the Christina Martin School of Food and Wine this cookery institution also trains and educates young up and coming Chefs in an operational environment, where they are able to observe, participate and contribute to the business as a whole.
