Due to the tremendous inconvenience and loss of business incurred, we unfortunately have to charge a 50% default fee on all cancellations that are not received at least 72 hours in advance. The same policy applies on all no-shows. We regret that there can be no concessions.
For your convenience, African Dreamz bed and breakfast is a non-smoking establishment. Guests are however more than welcome to enjoy a cigarette at the pool, braai and outside patio areas.
B&B check-in time is between 1.00pm and 8.00pm. Any anticipated late arrival should please be pre-arranged.
Check-out time is no later than 11am on the day of departure, afterwhich an additional day's rate may be levied. In Season Rates:single - on request

Follow the M4 north until you come to the the Umhlanga off-ramp. Take this off-ramp and turn right at the junction into Umhlanga Rocks Drive. At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn right into Ridge Road. Continue along this road until you arrive at number 97 Ridge Road.
Directions From Johannesburg
From the N3 approaching Durban, take a left turn off to the N2 (North Coast). Follow the N2 until you come to the Umhlanga Rocks (M41) off-ramp. Take this off-ramp and turn right onto the M41 at the traffic light. After 200 meters take the Umhlanga Rocks Drive turn-off. Turn left at the traffic light and continue along Umhlanga Rocks Drive. At the 2nd turning circle, just before the Sharks Board, turn right (3rd exit) and continue down the hill along Umhlanga Rocks Drive. At the third set of robots, turn right into Ridge Road. Continue along this road until you arrive at number 97 Ridge Road.
