Description

The surroundings are very peaceful and hippos graze often at the entrance of the Lodge during the night. Small game frequently wanders on the premises and a rumor of a leopard in the area has been going around. The self catering units are named after the five feeder rivers of the St Lucia estuary: Mpate-, Nyalazi-, Hluhluwe-, Mzinene-, and Mkuze River and the Mfolozi that flows out to sea very close to the St Lucia estuary.

Directions

After crossing the bridge over the estuary you will get to a T-junction (entrance of the town). Turn right into McKenzie street and follow it for 700 meters. Turn left into Dolfyn street (Wimpy on your left) and follow it for 400meters. Turn right into Hornbill street (the 3rd street on your right) and follow it for 550 meters, then turn left into Ingwenya Lodge. You have arrived!
