45 Broadway Lodge is situated in Durban North within close proximity to major schools, sporting arenas, shopping centres, KZN tourism attractions and, of course, the beautiful beaches and warm waters of the Indian Ocean. Another advantage of the location is the easy access to a wide variety of renowned golf courses situated along the entire KZN coastline.

The bed and breakfast consists of beautifully finished, spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. A self-catering bed room is also availalable with a conveniant fully fitted kitchen. Bedrooms are all air-conditioned with king, queen or singlebeds and TV. From the balcony a perfect view of the picturesque, tranquil and inviting waters of the Indian Ocean can be seen or wonder around the beautifully landscaped garden.
