Description

This attractive up-market accommodation on Westbrook Beach on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast offers you a tranquil holiday destination on the beach.

There are spectacular sea views from the lawns and balcony. The sandy beach is 30 metres from the house, a foot path across the service lane provides access to the beach. The beach access is mainly limited to residents. You are assured of great walks, shell collecting, fishing and swimming. Dolphins appear almost daily with whales being seasonal. Ballito and Umdloti are a few minutes either way.

There are six spacious units tastefully furnished and set with separate private entrances with no one overlooking neighbours. There is satellite TV in all units.

The Garden Units

The Garden Units have fully equipped kitchens which lead into lounge areas. Bedrooms have bathroom en-suite with bath and shower in all.

A bunk or single bed can easily be placed in any of the lounge areas.

Near each garden unit overlooking the beach is a braai area shaded by milkwood trees.

The Upper Units

The Upper Units are for the romantics. Lying on your king size bed looking onto the sea is great therapy (if you need it). These units are open plan with a mini kitchen containing the basics as in bar fridge, microwave, mini stove, toaster and kettle as well as cutlery and plates. A tub is provided in each unit for the maid to wash up in the mornings. The bathrooms are en-suite with large corner baths and separate showers. The view from beds, decks or balcony are special often enticing longer stays.

Towels and linen is provided. There are TV's in all the separate units. Garden chairs and tables are provided for great outside entertainment. All the units have ceiling fans and hairdryers.

Ballito Lifestyle Centre, the Sibiya Casino, Zimbali Lodge and Gateway Shopping Centre are all in close proximity.

The abundance of golf courses allows the golfer a choice of challenging courses within a few minutes drive. Zimbali Lodge is the closest.

Off-street parking for eight cars is available and units are serviced daily.

Restaurants

200 metres down the road is an excellent restaurant called, "Sea Bistro".
"Seabelle" and "Beach Bums", both very good - three minute drive away.

Rates

Last known rates are:

Low Season: R250.00 per unit
Medium Season: R350.00 per unit
High Season: R550.00 per unit

Children R10.00 per year till 12 years old.
Rates are flexible and can be negotiated.
